being indexed and ranking high are 2 completely different things. just because you're indexed, doesn't mean you'll get traffic. your attitude about this whole thing, especially you asking "what the hell is doing Google with my blog," is pretty naive. instead of realizing you're a beginner at seo and realize you have a lot more to learn, you question what google is doing because you think you should be getting a ton of traffic already from the (lack of) things you've implemented.
you're essentially asking the magic question everyone wants to know - how to rank high on google for targeted keywords and get traffic. seo is a multi-million, if not billion dollar industry with a lot of variables to take into account. instead of expecting a magic answer, why don't you do some research on seo methods and try implementing them. you also need to be patient as results won't show until much later.

. Google has Indexed alot of pages from my site but not sending uniques more then 10-15 uniques.
