Website Review and Suggestions

I need all of you to review my sites. I got this website created a few month ago and the problem is that It doesn't have any articles but just products update from Amazon.

I put keywords by using softwares that I think not so popular.
My question now is How can I get keyword of the sites ?

Really Good Website! Only thing I see that could be changed is the url structure:

Ex: http://www.central-store.com/index.php?

To a more search engine friendly structure like:

http://www.central-store.com/category-1.html
http://www.central-store.com/category-2.html
http://www.central-store.com/category-3.html

This structure can be accomplished using mod rewrite
