I would lose the flash. I doubt anyone would bother to submit their link to a flash website, which is inherently unreadable by search engines.

As for the HTML website, the overall design is fine but there should be a more prominent feature on the homepage explaining the value of your service.

The site took a long time to load for me and I agree with Mr.B there will be no seo benefits in getting a backlink from a flash website. You should get rid of the flash.
