I'm looking for suggestions on how to make the Steve Irwin forums more active.

The site was extremely popular in the first few weeks after his death, getting me mentioned on CNN, however now years after, I'm looking for ways on how to reactivate the forums as they're kind of dead with only a few very loyal users coming on perhaps once every few days..

I just needs suggestions and no reviews.

I'm aware I need to upgrade forum version, but what else?

I hate to be blunt, but I think subject matter like this has an expiry date and it has passed. I liked Irwin and it was tragic the way he died, but people move on and only family members will be thinking of him every day.

I would put your energies into something new - unfortunately dead people don't carry on making news for long (unless they're Elvis). Sorry.

The problem is, with this particular website topic, there will not be any more news or related events in the future.

Maybe expand the scope to include all celebrity animal lovers?

I have to agree with what has been said thus far, Stever Irwin has died and he will not be forgotten but I don't think this site has the potential to become popular in the future.
