I am no expert and not sure if that is completely custom coded or if it some app that you have re-skinned.
But if it is the former, then that is a fantastic idea for a website and very simple/intuitive to use.
My only comment would be to cut down on the google ads, they are top, center and bottom of the page and at first glance I wasnt sure where the ad's stopped and the content started.
