Just a couple of comments:

The third link on the right sidebar seems to point back to the home page.

You could use a proofreader/spellchecker.

i think you can group your sections a bit better. right now, there's just so many links at the top and the left. it's not clear to see or read. a lot of the pages can be grouped into the same section.

your header is a bit large as well as the google ads taking up valuable real estate. consider alternative placement. also in the header, why is the "acne help & support" in quotation marks? who are you quoting? the quotation marks are also poorly done and look like two huge weird symbols on the left and right.

You have a lot of content, that is good. However, there are so many links, it's rather overwhelming. I think that you should consider changing the color scheme, seeing that it is far too busy, bright, and (no offense), ugly.

You should really work on those quotes as well. The last one is upside down.

I think the green is too bright you should change up the color scheme a bit and the adsense ad at the top of the page looks a bit out of place I think you should remove it and you should change the colors of the adsense ad in the right column to match the color scheme of the site.

Try to use simple link bars, I mean the colour without those gradient transformations, just simple colours!
