With our web based ftp client you can access any FTP account through a Web interface - no matter whether there is a firewall or not. You can use ftp4net for the complete administration of your homepage, downloading files or just making small changes. Its a total web based ftp solution.
your valuable comments are welcome.

Hello,
Well, I think its a neat and interesting idea. But, I would not enter my website information - you don't know where the information is being sent too. Plus, there are tons of free FTP programs you can use. If you don't like FTP programs you can use cPanels file manager which is pretty much the same idea as that link is.

Hi there! This is a great idea. I tested it out and it worked very well and very quickly.
A few suggestions:
The images making up your top banner are in GIF format which is making them look fuzzy and amateurish. Save the images in PNG format for better quality.
I think you need an "About Us" page. It is fine to include information about the company in the "Help Guide" page, but if a user is on your Home page looking for information about the company, they will not click on the Help Guide as they will assume it is only relevant to people who have already used the site before. By adding an About page, the user will have a clearer indication of the service and what they have to do to use the service.
Also, the titles of your pages should include more keywords so that you're easier to find in the search engines. And, add a few more meta keywords. The more the better (as long as their relevant of course.)
Finally, the Help Guide layout should remain consistent with the layout of your home page. It will just look better that way.
Overall, great service and a promising site. Hope my notes have helped.

Oh! And yes, the security questions posed above is a HUGE problem. On that About page I was talking about, include some information about what you do to protect our hosting accounts.
Ok. That's it.

Hi and thanks to all for your valuable comments & advice.
@ The-Pixel : I'm assuring you that you are not sending your login details to us. you might have cpanel but what about others? they might find this service useful . Thank you
@ arcanepsyche : I'm going to edit the icons by today, hope you will like it. yes we don't have any about us page right now but we put some words about us and our service in our blog, but i'm going to add an about us page today.Help page is going to be changed too.
NONE of your information (such as FTP server, user name, password, file contents, etc) will be logged. Those informations are stored in "cookie" in your browser, sent to BossFTP web server when you did a request, and deleted when you click Logout or close all browser windows. We record connections in the interest of secuirty.
Regards
Richard

I understand it might be beneficial for people who might not know there way around cPanel or don't care for FTP programs. But, they need to be aware of the huge security factor behind this. You saying it wont send login details to us but no offence thats just words. The website might be legit but being aware of the situation is just being "street" or in this case "web" smart.

honestly, every browser support the ftp protocol?
Why go through an ftp to http gateway when native support exists.
And do ftp really still exists?
Man, I thought it died years ago. And it should.
Never rely on anything that is not encrypted, sftp, scp, ftp over ssh or ssh directly...
Anything but ftp...

I still use FTP. It really helps when I have alot of files to upload. I don't think FTP programs should 'die', that's a bit harsh and unrealistic.

I was not talking about ftp programs, but the ftp protocol...
It's more than 20 years old, slow, prone to transfer failure, and totally transparent with virtually no security.
In 20 years, files transfer protocol have evolved, and I simply don't understand why this dinosaur is still there, when so many secure and more able candidates are there...
It was a bit of "dark humor", when I asked if ftp was still alive.
More a reflection of my opinion than the reality.

The site is nicely designed but like someone stated every browser on the net supports the ftp protocol so your site may not be very popular.
