I have run a similar site for several years and it has never been penalised by google, I don't think you have to worry on that front

I agree with you that at a first glance it does seem like spam. If you take a closer look it looks pretty professional.

Yes, I know it is a serious website and if you take a good look at it you can see that. At a first glanse though it looks like a spam site.

I showed to friends in my country who do not understand because banners. Klik is not important but views
