I really like the top section with the banner, sharp nav buttons... That part is really popping. Nice! But once you drop below that to the middle section, you went with what seems like mostly a gray on white color scheme, which most web analysts will tell you is a big no-no.
You've got some work to do, but that top section(the very bottom is nice too.) is really on point. If you can come up with a better scheme for the middle, you will have one really sharp site.
Also, right there on the first page the first part where you describe the sign up process you titled "Sign Up". I would either link that to a sign up page or change that title.

I like the design overall. The grey on white isn't all that bad, although the text could be a few shades darker.

I was also confused when I originally went to the site. I saw the big 99 cents / month graphic and immediately assumed that you weren't offering free services at all. Something to consider.

I think everything looks high quality except the pricing image. I would consider htmling it or making that image better. The quality of it just doesn't seem to fit for me. Other than that I like it.

The site is colorful and i like that. The top navigation bar is great, (I like the green).

You have used images well on the site and it all looks good.

You would have seemed to have thought about exactly what you needed on the site.

A few suggestions not relevant to the design, but to the content:

~Enter all your personal details on our website. Make sure they are all 100% correct, then submit the form.
You will then recieve an email containing information about your account. It should contain your login details.

Remove all, it's not like they have to give you their blood type :P
It should ? Use instead It will. Sounds better.

Here are some wording issues I saw

99¢/Month = maybe change to 99¢ per Month

Your Blog Host is now offering free blog hosting to anyone and everyone! = If your company name is YourBlogHost, you shoulr write it like everywhere on the site.

Make sure they are all 100% correct, then submit the form. = you only need to say Make sure they are correct. (the 100% is implied)

You will then recieve an email containing information about your account. It should contain your login details. = it should say It will contain your login details. saying should making it sound like you dont have 100% fail in your email system

Upload your website or use one of our elephante scripts. Have fun! = have fun is written twice in this square maybe leave it off on the end or change the box heading to create your blog.

Member login should be at the top, someone who continually uses the site will be annoyed if they have to scroll down to log in every time they want to use your service.

One idea would be to take the member log in, latest news and affilate links and put them in a side bar, then make your three steps the main content of the page (and do away with the big 99¢ box) or condense it to look a little less distracting.

Under services you have more of those big disctracting boxes, you have to scroll down way to much to get the information that can fit in one screen.

The blog (in the top menu) doesnt go well with the theme. The color scheme is completely different than the main page and doesnt mesh well together.

If the site is new I dont see how you can have testimonials. (I am just looking at it from someone who is looking at your site knows its rather new. I would think the site isnt all that truthful) If the site isnt that new then ignore this comment

People normally read from left to right, it may be better to have your content on the left side of the screen and the sign up on the right.

I do like the colors and there are also some nice elements. I think one of the biggest issues is the placement of these elements.

I like the design and colors. Your blog is also excellent. Keep the login box on the top of the pages.

Think of changing the color for the menu bar and placing it below the banner.

I got the testimonials because before I made the website I had been selling hosting on ebay etc.
