Website Review and Suggestions

I have been working on this LOAN MODIFICATION website for some time now and it is almost done. It was created to help homeowners lower their monthly mortgage payments, avoid foreclosure, and stay in their homes. Please give me your thoughts on the design / layout.

Overall, the website design looks attractive and professional. However, you are trying to get search engines attention by using the "Keyword Stuffing" technique which, in my opinion, will harm your website more than it will help. Try writing with the same font size as it will give the website a better and a more professional look. Also, take out 50% of "Loan Modification" keywords located in the front page and try to reduce the number of keywords at the bottom.

Quick Notes:

1. Keyword stuffing. Search engines may very well ban the site for that.

2. Graphics are good.

3. Way too much text. Needs to be structured better.

4. Scrolling news column on bottom is totally unnecessary unless the user can stop the scrolling.

if u move the below portion like affilate programs,testimonials,news to the left side makes the vistors easy to jump.site design and layout is cool.reduce the height of the page.useless space underneath

Hi. I'll just note a few impressions that, I hope, will help you.

The first thing that strikes me is the size of the graphics and header. I have a screen resolution of 1280x1024 and the header is half of my screen. I recommend to lower the size with ~20%. The colors are good. The other users suggested you to use the same FONT size. Try that. Also, there is to much text. Does anybody have the time to read it all? Better condense them. You are offering the clients something. It's not a novel site is it? If I'll have any more ideas I'll let you know. For now, that's it

Great Layout. Nice Color scheme.

Suggestions:
1) you should reduce your width.
2) Top banner in which a lasy doing paper work, Is looks too big.

Other wise Each and everything is on its palce.

Not to keep repeating what others have said but I would say having a side bar with some of the information of your header and footer might help the header and footer look more streamlined

It seems like there is a lot of text on the main page, Maybe break down the text to have links to the different sections?

The headings dont stand out while some paragraph text is over whelming (WE CHARGE NO UPFRONT FEE....)

There is a blue line that over laps some text on the contact us page.

No so much to me, but the lime text on the blog page may be hard to read for some people.

Maybe link the Privacy statement in the statement "see privacy statement for more information" on the contact us page.
