Great looking site, smooth design, easy to navigate. Only issue is the BLINKING image at the bottom 60% of the page, NEVER include blinking crap because it annoys everyone. Oh, and the navbar:hover image could use some work.

Otherwise, the flash looks nice, and the site loads ~fast.
