Its a great idea and good implementation, here it a test I wrote:

How do I tell difference from revision date, and date accessed? Shouldn't their be titles?

The only suggestions I could provide was a auto suggestion of books, such as scraping data from Amazon to fetch further information automaticly.
The user also has to enter the dates in manually, which is fine but you could provide a date selector.

Great Domain, Well Coded and a Good Idea. Keep up the good work.

Great idea, but I guess it would be better if the tag titles in the form appeared also in the citation to be copied/pasted. I also think that adding other content related to books, media etc. would attract more visitors to your site.

Quick, concise, straight forward... very nice. Good design.

Only consideration here is that your 4 navigation links at the top do not result in a new page -- this results in few pages for google to index... few possible search items that might lead to your website. (granted, we're only talking about categories here)

This is ajax or javascript type functionality. While I love the way it feels (no page refresh) it's not always optimal for the categorizing, indexing, and sharing of content on the web. (although you could cheat like facebook does and somehow get this functionality while creating a new url in your browser - it's nifty)

A fantastic site indeed.

Though my only comment is the unbalance layout. The right side column messes the whole concept.

And perhaps better if you at least put what does MLA, APA, etc.. means or for...

Still need some enhancement on the design side.
