Be aware that this is just a picture. The footer (the bottom of the hills) would have some styling (and text) if I were to code it.

Nice job, but it would be easier to tell once it was coded to see how everything would work out like link hovers and such.

Good. But you use a very small font on the homepage. It's not readable.

Ehn. Without context or content there's really nothing to review. The cartoony style could be great or awful, depending on what the site is actually for.

Further, the huge curves are really a turn-off. Curves are fine, but it looks like you put it together in MSPaint. I'm sure you didn't, but that's what it conveys as far as I'm concerned.
