The site is about weight training, workout routines, effective workout technique & modification tips, fat burning tips, diet tips.

I will really appreciate your feedback and suggestion for my site.

Hmm, its nice colours, but i dont really like the menu and maybe a better logo would be more effective. Just my opinion

Yeah, I'm rather 60/40 on the logo. The rest of the site is pretty slick looking, but maybe more pictures would be good, to break up all the text in your articles.

If you think that your pages will get longer as content is added, then please put the page links at the bottom of each page too.

I am cool with the arrangement of the links to the various categories but pictures will help your descriptions of workout activities. Like is said " a picture speaks more than a thousand words".

Brand up ur identity and develope a logo

The site is taking too much time to load. Try to reduce loading time by optimising images.

I personaly think you should go with a different background color I had the impression it was a bit boring.

Also the links at the top dont look very good when i Ctrl-Mousewheel them they move around funny. I dont know how many people use that on webpages, but I do it every site I visit to make it more readable, otherwise it looks good.

Very simple website, just add some more features to it. There is no content on the website. I think you should post some interesting content and update it frequently.

Need to add more banners, images to support what you offer.
I would make it wider and add something to the right side on the main page.

thanks for all the feedbacks....I just launched it a month ago.....i am in the process of adding more valuable content and images to support my content.

Mainly i need to put images of human figure demonstrating about the exercises....any of you have any idea about any drawing software which i can use for this .....otherwise I'll draw myself.....

Ooh, unless you're a professional artist, I really recommend using photos instead. Illustrations could look terrible if done wrong.

Looks attractive and got a good log. loading time is ok and the content is looking more like a blog. Make some improvements in the main content area.. Try to put some pictures and video..

loading time is ok, but the site is too simple. Add pictures to your articles. The header is too big in my opinion.

I have added pictures for chest and shoulder pages....but i think videos will be better....I am in the process of creating my own videos.....however for the time being can i add videos from youtube shared by OTHER people....i mean is there any restrictions on adding other peoples video ?

I think it's great. I like the way information is split up - I like the categorisation. I like that it loads up pretty quickly, doesn't have tonnes of crap that your eye wants to ignore.

Just wondering... when you gonna put adverts in? It's valuable ad space.

btw - sharing other people's video should be fine: it's free advertising FOR THEM!
