Difficult to read, and I think would be very confusing to a first time visitor. It's not clear what your site is about. You need a tag line and/or introduction message.

Bigger fonts, more white space. You can never have enough. You need some place explaining what the site is for on the front page. I highly suggest using the 960 framework. Web 2.0 that site name in the header! 4/10

sorry but i don't like the logo.
also might want to use a favicon
and the colours - yellows, browns, etc.
might want to change that to blue
but it's good to see all links working well
