Website Review and Suggestions

My site is http://makemoneyideas.in. It is a web site on how to make money online. It is getting better and better with the search engine. I would like to hear from you more about how my website looking and how can we improve it.. I am looking to improve the visitors experience and like to have them for more time. Tell me what i can do

you have too many adsense on this page, 3 BIG adsense panels, and I bet that only 1 adsense will get you a revenue as many as 3 panels. Also, it's full of banners that brake the page, you have to scroll it. I use Firefox 3.0.6. And I tell you from experience.. too many banners will do more harm than good.

If you can manage to fix those things, maybe it will be a really succesfull site.And also.. you need a logo, maybe even a better designed header.

The design looks fine, other than I would agree way too much Adsense, espcially clustered at the top like that. I would at a minimum nix one Adsense and move one of the remaining ones to the bottom.

I would try to skew to a bit content to ad ratio.
