Love the design, Matt, colors are good, and I just love that penguin 
My ONLY suggestion is for your 'inside' page. The penguin at the top is looking 'outward', so he isn't leading the eye in the right direction. I would flip him horizontally so he's looking 'in' and therefore leading the eye to the title and the rest of the page. I think you might also want to make him just a wee bit larger, perhaps a bit taller than the title text.
