Redesigned site with SEO, better looking, more attractive

I'd like any comments, suggestions, or advice you may have to offer on http://new.technocure.net. It's just a temporary sub domain, so that the redesign is finished, I can launch it immediately to the actual URL, without any construction downtime.
The content is pretty self explanatory, just take a look over it and let me know how it feels and functions. Thanks in advance for any input you are able to provide.
major keywords:
insurance, york, hanover, maryland, pa, home, life, auto, group, health, business
objective:
a site for visitors to understand the company, what it has to offer, and for them to fill out a quote form (any suggestions on how to maximize the probability of getting a visitor to the quote page? maybe something on index page?).

i would rethink the color choices. yellow raises alarm and the overall dark colors doesn't really work in getting viewers to convert. i would opt for a much, much lighter color palette.
i would actually move the copy in your "request a quote" page and the buttons to the home page. currently, the only way for the viewer to reach a quote form is by clicking the "request a quote" link in the navigation, and since the navigation isn't very appealing, it only hinders you. it's also one extra unnecessary click.

Just a couple small tips: At first glance, the large photo banner seems a bit to large for me. Also, the photo on the front page of the lock isn't very appealing. Hope that helps at all. I would propose that you have the products and services in a table to utilize the white space, instead of making the user scroll.

Things that I would fix up:
1. On the home page you have the sentence "We are licensed to do business in Pennsylvanian and Maryland." - it should be "Pennsylvania" and not "Pennsylvanian" (take out the final "n").
2. As odha suggested, don't make the user scroll unless it's absolutely necessary. Re-arrange the page elements so that everything fits (on the home page). That image in the middle of the page seems to be taking up too much valuable space for no reason.
3. There is no way to get back to the home page one you have navigated away from it?
4. Under "Request a quote", there is a "Home" link which doesn't seem to serve much purpose.
5. You could have another "Request a Quote" link at the bottom of the home page, as that is a very clickable area - after reading the text, users will want to go to the next logical step - provide it for them.
Hope that helps. Cheers.

The claw on the front page looks rather disturbing. I would recommend changing out that photo.
The drop down menus seem like they need something else. I’m not sure what it is. They just look rather blank and unweb-like.

To all who responded, thank you, all of your suggestions are helpful. I should have replied to this post after the first reply, but I took his advice and completely started over with the design (because I realized yellow and black was not very appealing, at all lol). I attached a screen of what the site looked like when I first posted.
I will reply back when I am satisfied with the design, for another round of suggestions. thanks!

According to my opinion it's a too simple site a for a serious company like yours: Inc. You haven't any dynamically content and because of lack of this the Google will cache your site very rarely.

Updated most of the design and navigation, except for the "quote request" page. How's it looking? Does this new design seem more effective and clean?

Yes I think it looks much better now! Not a big fan of the background, but I'm not sure what could be done differently.

All I can say is that the site is somewhat bland and very simple... Should add up contents.

I quite like, the website overall. I like the contrast between yellow and black, however one thing that is wrong is your rollover buttons at the top. You should revise them, since they are weirdly overlapping when I rollover.

Yea, I can't get the CSS to work out in IE. It works perfectly in firefox, but I cannot get them to work right in IE, I have them set at widths, and then the link hovers, display an image, within that width.
Can anyone help me out with that?

I saw your attachment with the black layout. Seems like your current design is way much better than the one in the attachment. Great work man! All looks well with the simple and clean design.

After a long redesign phase, a lot more content has been added, a lot has changed, so please review this again! BTW, the service page is not fully completed.

your site is looking pretty tidy now. just that the links are sort of competing with the logo. the font size is a bit too large and the font face is not too different from the logo. try using georgia and reducing the range kerning if posssible

as the way it looks i think you should make some changes i would suggest that black to make it like a dark Grey or an washed black and maybe find a more suggestive photo one that is not that melancholic something with more life in it something warm to make it attractive. the rest seems OK for me
