Please pay to me a little attention and check my site which is in my signature with "Online Hotel Bookings" title. The goal of this site is the online booking service for more than 300,000 worldwide hotels through our official HRS GmbH partner.
However it's a blog because the main profile of this company is the hotel auditing and we can share our opinions about the hotels through quality blog posts.
What can we do for the better results? The whole site is on the default WordPress template. It's looks like nice, but if you have any idea for a better unique template please don't hesitate and share with me.
p.s.: any webmarketing suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
it doesn't matter that the default wordpress theme looks nice enough. it's the default theme. what sets your site's design apart from everyone else with wordpress and is too lazy to change the design? i agree this site should be on a cms for ease of adding new pages but it shouldn't be a blog and it shouldn't resemble anything like a blog. you could have a blog section talking about the hotels, but it doesn't work when you're trying to get people to book a hotel through this site. the hotel search part on the home shouldn't be a blog post. it just looks so amateur. sorry.
Thanks for your opinion it's greatly appreciated. We've a good reason why it is in blog, but okay I do agree with you we should change the default template. It's just looks so complex with interesting articles about hotels then again other silly commercial websites which are consist of one or max. two subpages and a message board
I read all the reviews before I looked at the site. I thought the site was going to be some exotic Word Press theme that some more advanced posters would recognize but would be completely new to me. I did not expect to see the standard out-of-the-box theme to be used on a site like that. Oh, boy.
I think everyone pretty much said it. The only thing I can add is: please take down your website; it’s taking up space on the internet.
Hmmm, in my opinion your website is too simple. You can easily tell, its done of a very simple and boring template, and if it was me I would redo it all over again or ask a web designer to do it for a couple of quid.
To be honest, if i am a traveler, I think it's too simple, might not be helpful, ther are many booking sites out there, why don't you do a little research?
