Make the banner smaller. Instead of putting the content in the header, try to put it in the body of the site. And ffs, get rid of some of those ads. I know it is tempting to plaster as many as you can in the blank space you have, but that sort of stuff drives users away. Put a news feed in place of one of the columns of ads. I can offer you a good one, or you can find plenty on the web.
Decent site other than that though. I would embed one of the latest videos on the front page. Also, maybe a little about the show. So many site updates on the front page aren't needed. Replace those with links to the seasons and maybe a bit about each season.
Do these things and you will have a decent site.
