Website Review and Suggestions

Hi guys please review my new website that I made.
For a couple of years now Ive been looking into trying to make money online legitimatley. Ive been using a few websites to do it with as well and in the past week Ive been building a new website that will hopefully show people how to make money online and all the websites I use to do it with.

I just want to help other people out because i know there are people out there that need extra income, have a computer but just dont know what to do or where to go and unfortunately some people in desperation sometimes end up buying some over priced over sold flashy webpage that promses big returns only to fail. Its sad but it happens.

Anyway on a brighter not please review my new website

If it helps just one person it would have all been worthit.

Some parts are still under construction and new features will be added soon.

I really like it. It was easy to read and follow. The layout and colors are professional and not overbearing. The *only* thing I found distracting was the facebook/twitter/flags on the banner over the girls head. But it really is a nice site! Looks great!

fine site, but will be better if
when click on Search... , clean it's with help JS
and for SEO make URLs SE friendly

Thanks I want it to be a keyword based website so that I dont have to do much promoting of it.
How do I make thge URL's SEO friendly? Does that mean making a URL and absolute URL as opposed to just a file name?

Also what do you mean "when click on Search... , clean it's with help JS"?
I need to get that working :/
Also need the contact/email/subscribe working as well.
Im learning as I go.
