Ok, I designed two very similar templates that are actually identical except for the top header.

I am looking for reviews quality for service provider wise as well as which one you think looks better.

I am only offering design and development services for now however plan to expand to offer everything else like domains and hosting in a few months.

When that ocurs I will be changing my service website layout.

This is only 1 page so far and nothing special yet.

Layout 1:
http://zoomactive.com/za/3/

Layout 2:
http://zoomactive.com/za/2/
Thanks!

The first one is better (za/3) as it fits nicely with the layout, and the second irks me for some reason(za/2) like it just don't belong. The first header puts more emphasis on your zoom! graphic (below your menu).

I say go with that one... Yet I'm not entirely sold on the page background

Yeah, I was leaning towards the one with the header background.

Yet I'm not entirely sold on the page background

To be honest neither am I, I have tried about 10 different backgrounds and the lighter colors do wonders however it is like it dont fit in right, lol. I am not the best at layouts like this. I am best and most comftorable with full width which can fit in browsers that are 750px wide.

I am playing with different designs and looking for the best.

The one I am designing now has me blown away and everything is just coming together out of my head so easily and that seems to always happen with full width resizable websites, lol.

Will post it when completed.

First one is better indeed.

Goes much better together with the background
