overall colour scheme is good
don't like the serif font for the body copy - a sans-serif one like verdana would look a lot cleaner and easier to read. using Myriad Web Pro is ok but you need to specify other faces if that isn't available (like on my machine)
the initial coloured letters look dated (a little fronptage-ish)
resizing text even one increment means it breaks out from its boxes and often gets lost
you shouldn't be using font tags any more!! use css to control your fonts etc. and be aware that using px for your type size means it can't be resized in any version of IE - use percentages instead.
remember you need alt attributes for all your images (empty alts for purely decorational items like this alt=" " )
i would be very careful about offering "unlimited revisions" as clients are notoriously fickle! what if someone comes back yo you every day/week and says how about a slightly different shade of blue? how about green how about witha reflection? how about if it looks like nike's logo? or hey i just saw this cool logo here could we use that and replace it with our name??! well you get the idea...
