Website Review and Suggestions

Can anyone review my website and give me some suggestions on how to get more interesting things on site.

Site is agregating rss feeds from major world services, it's totally automated, but I don't know is this good for crawlers, robots, spiders... Or can i get some penalties from search engines.

I do not think that you will get penalise by using RSS. Just keep an eye on whether google is indexing your page or not. If they are indexing on continue basis than you do not have to wonder about that.

When you will do your next update try to use some flash as well.
