I think you have a good idea, but you need some help on the creation of the site itself.
Starting from the top of the page...
You need introduce the site to the viewer. Let them know exactly what they are looking at. "Building Confidence Toward Examinations" doesn't really work for me... Try something searchable like "Helping Students Achieve Success For The Future, by Providing Tools And Reference Exams That Have Worked In The Past"
The Name of the site needs to be bigger.
Get rid of the 2 links on the Header... they are redundant. The exact same links are found in tabs directly below it.
Get rid of that Pop-Up! First of all, the average person HATES those things. Secondly, you cannot click on any of the tabs while that ad is up. If you do, then you go to the advertiser's site. It's not even in a new window. The advertisement actually bounces the traffic completely off of your site! That's BAD! If you need the ad, then move it to the bottom of the page, away from any clickable links.
Get rid of that search box. It would be different if it searched within your site for relevant papers and exams, but it doesn't. Its simply a Google search box that (once again) takes the viewer completely off of your site!
The link doesn't work anyway (you have many broken links)
You have pop-up ads all over the place. If I get another pop-up window with a Viagra ad, then I won't even finish checking your site.
The "Get Access to the Exam Papers" area has too much insider lingo. Make it easier for the average person to know where they are going.
The area just below that is simply redundant links from the "Get Access..." section.
Featured Advertisements... Why the hell would anyone want to click on that?
Site info... Who cares about your Alexa Ranking and inbound links?
Just You! Get rid of it
Then, course... more Google ads.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Look, you really do have a good idea, but you have to change the way you are thinking.
Design the site for the prospective viewer, not for your advertisers. Ads are fine, but this is not the way to do it. Also, if you are going to advertise... Teenagers don't need Viagra. They need Red Bull, Rubbers, DVDs and More RAM. Also, they are already in school if they are looking for exam papers... why advertise schools? Change the parameters in your Google ads.
Re-do the site. Get rid of the tables, like TripleMoons suggested. Tone down the colors a bit.
Make the site friendly. Plan things out. Make the content more important than the ads.
Good luck with your site!
