I find it simple and organized well plus it loads faster than others.. The whole concept is good.. And as I noticed you have PR4 you do great..

But as hotelaudit mention above he is right logged in before submitting your site is time consuming!

it's a web directory, it's a nice directory, structures r fine, good PR, but u get more backlinks
