Website Review and Suggestions

I changed the design, and implemented some CSS/DHTML effects. I want the site to be professional, but not like those cookie-cutter sites with a bunch of stock photo people smiling at you in suits. I'm not good at marketing, so if you could give any advice on content I would appreciate it. I would also like your opinion on the look and feel, and any suggestions on what I should add would be nice.

Extra: I know I might as well be looking for bigfoot, but if anyone can suggest how I can get google to give me sitelinks in search results I would really appreciate it.

The site looks great. Very professionally done up... The only thing I felt was that you could've done a better job of getting your product across to the the "normal" visitor. If your target market is state and govt departments, then you're probably fine. But if you're also looking for the regular small business guy, then I think you need to change it up a bit.
