I like the color scheme too. What do you guys offer that other bigger hosting websites do not?

Clean, simple, and easy.

Maybe consider (in the future) removing the "Your Files" section unless the person is logged in. That will give you room to explain your service, why to use your service, etc.

It looks good, but I think it would be better lighter than darker. Also, the username and password input needs to have the gray border like you have for the login and register button. It looks off without a border.

Other than that it is very web 2.0 and clean code besides the iframes.

What does the site do? you need to specify that? what files accepted, contact /help page missing too

Quit simple pal, do you require a registration to upload files? Or registered user enjoy some advantages? And if a user does upload sth, how could he know the url to dowanload it next time?
