Hello,

I recently released this site for a group of translators offering guide services in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

It is intended for potential tourists planning to visit Saint Petersburg.
The site is in English and Spanish.

Would be glad to hear your opinions on:

- genral impresssion, composition
- page layout
- color scheme
- content presentation and readability

Here is the link: http://spbstyle.com

Thanks

At first glance the site is nice. Clean and simple.

A few things I did see though, some of the pages when going from English to Spanish do not translate.

that one for example, after clicking the Spanish icon, the layout changed, but the content stayed in English. Not huge, but if someone was navigating in English, then found out they could translate to Spanish, they would have to re-navigate to the page again if they wanted it in Spanish.

Other then that, and this may just be a bit picky but I always find a non-centered footer odd. Well, the lowest footer is centered, but the email and copyright information floating to the right? just looks odd to me. Like, even the SpyLog logo is off to the right. If you look at it verses the layout (the bottom of the Content has the fancy image, ans the center does not line up), you can see the difference.
Once again, it may just be me being picky.

Not sure about anyone else, but I think you got some kind of bad coding on your website. The second I opened it, my CPU usage shot up through the roof and started lagging me real bad, especially when I scrolled on your site.

Wow, I didnt realize it when I was browsing the site (since it didnt effect me all in all) but dWhite is right. Checking it over again, that site is grabbing a LOT of CPU attention.

on a multi core system its not that bad.... but anyone on a slightly older comp would be lagging pretty hard. Could it have something to do with that SpyLog script? Theres got to be something causing it to recalculate while scrolling.

I'm going to have to agree. The page does lag pretty bad. My guess would be the script. The footer also bugs me, maybe you could center it. I'm not really liking hoe the Spylog image is on the same line as the email information, then everything else is on seperate lines either.

Other than that, nice work. designs pretty good.
