I have a music website which gives free mp3 streaming players for use on websites, blogs, profiles etc.
My site has a PR 3 but generates only 30-40 visitor daily. So please give me suggestions to increase traffic.
And plz advise me on how to sell advertising on my site (except adsense or other ad networks)
It's been designed with a site creator program and it's confusing layout and use of stock images really shows.
It's also not got any direction - had you not told me what the site was about I'd really have to work to figure out what was going on. What do these do? How do I use them? Why should I use them instead of others or my CMS default audio player?
I don't know much about internet advertising, but I do know that 30-40 uniques a day won't make you any advertising revenue. As far as increasing traffic, I'd suggest you work heavily on the design and content first.
But I don't really have problem with people using my content because the site has a low bounce rate and almost 3.4 page views per visit.
Lots of blogs and sites have put my mp3 players on their sites (in fact the only traffic I get is from these sites so people come mostly to get the player).
But I'll definitely consider changing the layout. Thnx again !
Plz I need more suggestions to increase traffic so that I can generate income.

You can get more visitors by some updates on latest movie wall papers
and also you can place some banners as advertisement which will get you more response
to your website <link drop removed>

Thnx searchlight for the suggestions but what do you mean by 'updates on latest movie wall papers' ? I don't have a movie wall papers section (did you actually see the site !?)
