It looks like quite a few hosting sites I've seen, I like the top bar, the logo, the reseller hosting graphics are nice.
What you are suffering from is way to many colours. Blue, green, yellow, red, purple... you don't need all those colours and although they might catch peoples eye, internet users tend to associate multiple bright colours with heavy sales pages these days and they may have the opposite effect from a design perspective.
As someone that knows different types and styles of writing, most of your copy looks like it was written by someone who first language isn't English. If that's true, they've done a great job, but there are still some errors that need to be ironed out for the sales writing to make sense.
From a sales perspective you also need better formatting on your large blocks of text. A couple of sentences a paragraph should be a maximum.
A few company identity problems as well. Why is your logo and name different on your support page?
In terms of your offer, it's quite appealing but I dont think you've advertised it enough. That red stamp graphic on the front page isn't actually that obvious. I'd move it up to the top where people can't help but read it.

so we tried our best to look professional as u said i have changed logos on support page and trying the trial stamp graphics to show on top.
