Website Review and Suggestions

I have a new site that I'm working on only thing is its looking bare please help any idea's would be great irlmusic.net/index.php

I'd suggest clearing up the banner. It looks cluttered and messy with 3 pictures there. You're header is just text, I would suggest getting an interesting logo.

You could also help the bare-ness by squishing the design a little bit, by making it less wide.

I also would suggest removing the middle cell in between the search and "What makes us different" title. It's unnecessary.

I really don't think it looks bare. To me looks clean. There are a few things I don't really like that , but this is always subjective, so take it for what it's worth.

The pictures on the banner ( listen watch enjoy ) look like links. I wanted to click on them. That's really not that big of a deal though.

You might want to consider changing the picture above ENJOY. Not only does that picture go with the other 2, it also doesn't convey the meaning of the text.

Also, the text in the white rectangular area of the banner is redundant. It says exactly the same thing as the text directly above it. Also the word Ireland's needs an apostrophe. I did a quick edit of your banner so you can see what I mean.

Also, I would get rid of the little folder icons in front of your links.

Overall I like the looks of your site. It looks clean and easy to navigate.

I just got a page that says

"Irlmusic.net is coming soon... hire a band!"

obviously there is a lot more to do...
