Website Review and Suggestions

Hey guys,

Here's how my website works. Anyone who needs advertisement, designers and companies can put 300x250 ads on my website for Free. These ads will be rated and commented on by other.

At the end of every month starting in May i will pay $100 dollars to the top design for that month.

What do you guys think? Like my concept?

I'm not sure if your trying to get a review by making this thread or not.
It looks to me like your just trying to market your ad space. Since i dont want to be a waste of bandwith here im going to tell you what i think about your concept.
The concept IMO is nothing impressive and the ideas does not attract my attention at all. I do believe i have ran across a few sites with the same idea

I don't see anything on the website except for advertising space.

And your logo, it doesn't match the name of the website. It just says "Gallery".

Overall layout is good - header could match the content area though

Coming from a web advertising background I think it does have some Potential for designers and possibly clients looking for designers.
