Website Review and Suggestions

I am working for a company on this website; http://www.mobiletestcentre.com/would like to know what you think and how I could improve this site for the better!

I like the header/footer, logo, and general layout, but you could definitely improve a few areas.

-For starters, make the logo linkback to home.
-What's with the header image? I'm not sure what that is as a first-time visitor.
-The text box on the homepage is a little daunting, maybe add some bullet points or spice up the layout a little - not too enticing as is.
-I would try a more modern font on your main menu buttons, looks a little off when comparing to the rest of the site.

I like the general layout of the page.
Also I do like the header and the links to the other pages.

However the page seems to be lacking content.

The writing is just plain, does not stand out in anyway and is not separated.

However with some adjustments this will be a great site.
