It's looks very profesional. Made me courious to browse it and this is a good sign.You can be proud of your website

From my point of view the only issue is the logo. I know you wanted to look in the "street" fashion, but it's hard to be memorazied and in the first 20-25 sec I was unable to read it.

Looks like you didn't use any javascript, just plain HTML.

How did you get this nice full screen design?

Very nice! I only see one change I would make...

The images in the flash animation just don't look too professional or high quality. Try swapping them out - even with similar, better images. That would help a lot. If you have any questions on that issue just let me know.

It wasn't always a full screen design (at least not from my point of view) due to the 1920 x 1200 resolution I'm using. I had no choice but to make it this way because the width wouldn't fill up my screen. This also covers anyone else with a higher resolution so it worked out for the best.

Overall I think it looks pretty good.

Obviously you are going to need to tweak your title pages a bit for
SEO.

Also, I'm not sure about the wallpaper background.
I would have gone for something a bit less oppressive.

Maybe some ruled paper with perforated edging like from a legal pad or something.

Your contact form has a lot of unnecessary preamble too.
Cut it by about half.

And don't use the cute little : )
Not everybody is a geek who knows what it means and it looks unprofessional.

1) LOGO AHHHHHH!!!....

no but seriously though... I can't read it.
2) Add just a touch of color to it, I think this would do wonders to the site.
3) Change the font! Try Helvetica
4) There is something about your linked pages (work.html, who.html, contact.html) that just looks too bland.. Throw some pictures in there to liven it up. Believe it or not, a viewer will be more likely to read a full paragraph when there are related images about the paragraph on the page or inside of the paragraph.

Yes for a "writing" site your logo is very hard to read.
Yes I used to use Comic Sans till the guys on here told me to ditch it and I am very pleased I did as my site is now much clearer.

I wonder about your business model. I think the web is overloaded with "artilces" and blogs. To me most of them are "snake oil" and false promises/dreams of riches.

And I would take away you pricing box and put it deeper down in the website, that price would put me off, although I appreciate that for a professionally written article it may be a good rate.

I have to agree the logo needs work also check your code lots of errors nothing real bad but the cleaner the better with search engines

I like the overall design but far too grey for me. Don't take this wrongly but it just reminds me of a raining winter day.

I'm also not a big fan of the logo, looks like a graffeti tag

The layout is good although the image on the front page is a little large.

Nice clear navigation.

You also need to look at your meta tags. Run the site through

http://www.sitereportcard.com

to give you some pointers on where the site optimisation can be improved.
