Triphp has been around since 2005 but was neglected by its previous owner , i purchased it a couple of months ago and starting to bring it back to life , there are still a couple of bugs left to fix before we start adding more features etc but i think you get the general idea.
It's a nice design. It seems like it could use a little polish. What does Tri PHP mean? It would be a good idea to mention that on the homepage. Maybe give it a tagline that tells people what you do in 1 short sentence. Super short if you can 4 or 5 words. I really do like it though. It's a nice design. I'd give it a solid 8 with plenty of room for polish!
I would recommend increasing the text size a little bit, and I think that a little more separation between the various items you have on listings would help as well (either with borders, backgrounds, or increased header sizes).
