Looking at your site from a visual standpoint - the content area is black, with rounded corners. These rounded corners are rough and inconsistent. The left-hand corners are badly shaped and all of the corners show sharp edges. Also, your color transitions are not smooth. It appears that you created the background as a smaller image in photoshop or something similar, and used the emboss or extrude filter to get your 3d effect, then enlarged the picture to fit your needs. That may be a workable solution, but it isn't a professional one. You need to re-do the background using illustrator or some other vector based drawing program and improve the effect.
Your header and logo have the same problem. Use vector art. Look closely at the word "Magnetic" in your logo. See what I mean? If you create small pieces in photoshop and enlarge them, they will have rough edges like that. Look how blurry the text is on the right hand side of the header. I'd say that was created large and then reduced to fit your needs.
Next, the thumbnails are supposed to be links that relate to the three categories defined in the text under the bold, blue headings, right? You need to make that more obvious. Maybe you can separate these headings with horizontal lines, or use some other device. The way I would do it, however, is to move the thumbnails to the beginning of the paragraph. Turn the headings into clickable links. Don't butt the thumbnails up against each other, space them apart. Put some type of border or outline around them. Change the text that says "more" at the end of each description to say something like "click the photo for more information". Use better photos. For example, the "ANIMAL" category has a photo of two people... Why? Maybe they are veteranarians... I can't tell, it just looks like a man and wife standing there. The viewer would be much more likely to draw a mental link between the photos and the text if you used a photo of a horse, or dog, or some other common animal. Don't you agree?
Finally, your site is created using TABLES...
Tables may be easier to work with at first, but they make the site difficult to edit and the code gets very sloppy. Keep your content and your presentation separate by using HTML and CSS. It's much more professional.
