It's hard to knock a Google page rank of 5. I think you must be doing well with the site, unless you recently bought the domain and have changed it.
The Flash element is effective. I like the banner and the logo. I also like the basic layout of the page. It's simple and easy to understand.
I also like the color... or in this case, the lack of color . It seems to work here. By underselling the page, the viewers' attention is directed to the product.
My first impression was that I didn't like the font selection ...is that Courier?
It looked like a Rolex site with a Timex font... but as I look at the site for a bit, it seems to grow on me (Maybe I'm just not used to seeing that style on a website) and now I think I actually like the font.
One thing that I do not like, however, is a drop-down menu that covers another part of the site. Drop downs have their uses, but not when the obscure another element. Every drop-down menu you have here could be easily addressed by creating pages with sub-categories. I would take a serious look at those.
Other than that, it appears like you have a money maker here, so I wouldn't go crazy. Just make a few navigational changes.
