I like the colors and the graphic.
In the logo, there appears to be some lettering underneath NIS. It is very small and unreadable.
Take a look at the nav bar. You have a couple of drop-downs that will cover up part of your content. If these drop-down menus are necessary, then I would move your content down further on the page a bit, so it isn't covered.
If you are in South Africa, then I suppose that Practise may be the correct spelling of practice when it's used as a verb. It looks a bit strange to most American viewers, but you need to use the spelling that most of your viewers accept.
You could make the text a bit larger, to accommodate the size of the area you have to work with.
Other than that, it looks good.
