The estimate was so broad. It said 2k to 30k. That's not a good estimate. Although I have had the site evaluated and appraised at about 25-28k so it was within the mark. But it was only taking into consideration ads, and we don't really do ads anymore, so maybe that's why. It seems like it needs a nice grid. Things are kinda Caddywompas and running amok.
