Ha, my brothers are going to love your site

I liked the simplicity, but i feel that you need more space between content boxes, as they feel a little cluttered. Also, you may want to increase your line spacing for your text to something like 1.5%, and you may want to separate your larger text chunks with paragraph tags, for aesthetic and grammatical purposes.

I agree with pretty much everything AlexGrim said. In addition, I would recommend a slightly more complex navigation system, possibly organizing systems into manufacturer categories as dropdown menus or even just as sub-navigation lists. This might help to improve your usability a bit.

I would add something to the background the white looks too generic.
Also, you need to be more consistant. On one page, the top navigation bar is under the banner, others its on the title bar and others its not there at all. The sitemap is kinda redundant since its just the stuff listed in the emulators/roms containers
