I would recommend against the black background; they are hard to pull off under even the best circumstances, but it's just personal preference. Seems like some decent functionality from a developer's standpoint.
Is it going to be a paid application or is going to be free? I would recommend making the actual functions of the site (i.e. adding/viewing contacts and whatnot) a bit more clear and de-emphasizing the tutorial part as it seems right now whenever you click on something, the tutorial is main focus for the user.
All in all, looks pretty good; I would recommend allowing for multiple design themes as some people might not necessarily like the one you have presented and simple customization like that is something people like from a service such as yours.

It is a completely free service. Eventually i will be building a Business Version to it, which will be a paid service, as it will be more advanced, and more complicated.
I think that i may need to create either an alternate theme (like you said), or figure out how to lighten the existing theme.
I can understand your point about the tutorial-ly feel to the feature pages. I guess that i was worried that people would not be able to easily figure out how to use it. But that is also why i have the huge buttons to browse/add new entries at the top of each features page. Perhaps i could have to main navigation take you straight to the "browse" part, and then if you needed help, you could click on the "Help" icon at the top of the feature's menu to get to the tutorial-ly page. Sound any better? I may actually try that...
Thanx

That sounds better to me. Also, you might want to have something only on the home page like "Are you new to this site, click here for a list of tutorials" or "..click here for an intro video" or something like that just as an opener to the site. Having the relevant tutorials on each page is a good idea just not as the main focus. Your idea sounds good to me.

I like the logos. But i think the google ad is a bit misplaced. It seems to take to much forcus.

It says "The Online Personal Orgaizer". The web designer logo and text below should be much smaller.
You have done it what I once wrote specifications to AdWit Ltd.

First impression: Nice and colorful icons. "What is e Info".. "Orgaizer"?
Proofread all text + correct typos. And I would go with eInformation instead of "e Information" in the text and title.
I'd shorten the feature list on the front page and perhaps transform it into "benefits", as now the visitor has to think "ok these features, how would I use them, hmm", but if you provided the 3-4 selling points, a new user might get interested and then hit more >> for the big list of features if she wanted.
To make the above short: the amount of features "scared me" as I didn't know where to start. So perhaps a picture how the features link to together and shorter explanation/list would work better.

The google ad needs to go
I see ads for basically the same thing you are offering so either they are gonna ignore the ads and you make no money or click the ad and use their service and not your and you get the .6 for the click- not worth the effort you put into it.

Overall, I like it.
I like the idea that you had, and I like your design. But i'm not sure whether or not this service has a future, due to the fact that everybody is already doing this- similarly, albeit, differently- with their myspace accounts already.
and I would advise that you make the tutorial vids a bit shorter, not as long.
Because if I spend 10 minutes watching you talk about registering to the site- by the time the video is over, I will have felt that I already did it, and I don't want to feel mental jet-lag registering all over again.
I'm sure you probably don't want to hear that, considering the fact that you probably already spent a lot of time on your vid, but I do think- from a marketing perspective- if your vid served more as a teaser than a full-system tour, than this site would attract more people.
[keep in mind, these are just my thoughts, and the product of personal preferences, and opinions]

Well, this is how you take in the reviews and pump up a site! The new design looks very nice and professional - well done. I didn't watch the vids, and just did a quick navigational glance at it, but like said, looks good to me.
Consider adding the standard About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer (if applicable) and Terms of Service pages there - at the bottom maybe. Those make it more trustworthy and "official". At least have Contact and Privacy Policy -pages if not all the mentioned ones.

It looks fine to me except for the icons on the navigation bar. It gives an impression that it is focused on kids' activities

Ok guys, the site has been completely redesigned *again*. The excessive icons are gone (some are still used, but much less often); the ads have been rearranged in a way that is much less cumbersome and confusing; the design itself if *much* cleaner and more professional. Let me know what you think.
Thanx

@ Lashtal and Zemalf:
I agree about the videos, and the next time i remake them, i will be trying something like that. Also The contact and privacy links are under the options menu. I used to have some links in the footer, but put most miscellaneous links under the options menu to give the user less decision to make, i.e., less distractions
