This is difficult, Razvan, because most pages don't translate into English very well. The best I can do is tell you about a couple of visual things.
I don't like the gray bar in the upper left hand corner.
I like the colors.
I dont like all the clutter in the header. Keep it simple. Move the registration and sign in areas. Also, move the link for potential employers to place ads.
Also, the adserver in the middle of the page looks like a trap. I would move it to the bottom of the page or change it.
