Adam,
My first impression of the site is good. I like the colors and the layout. It's simple and to the point. Your key information is easily understood and the site looks professional.
I think it could use a little "Tweaking" in a few areas. These are just suggestions based on my opinion.
Starting at the top:
Logo looks good.
The drop-down navigation bothers me. I guess it's a "pet-peeve" of mine, but I don't like drop-downs that cover the content of a site. This isn't a big deal in your case, but it still bothers me a bit.
I would use some H-1 and H-2 tags on certain keywords in your text. You don't have to overdo it, but a few of those would be helpful to you.
You have a tendency to use run-on sentences. This can make your important information difficult to understand.
For example, in the first paragraph:
"The Internet is the perfect place for any business seeking an inexpensive, effective, fast-paced, future-oriented manner of letting the world know who they are, what services they have to offer, what products they have to sell, and what information they have to share."
Try breaking it up a bit. Make it about THEIR company, not about business in general ...
"Your business needs an inexpensive and effective way to let people know who you are. The Internet is the perfect way to keep up today's fast paced business environment and build for success in the future. You need help to bring your products, services and information to the world, and we are here to assist you... every step of the way."
You are selling an intangible product. Try to make the customer feel as though it was designed just for them.
You also have examples of some excellent writing. " We eat, sleep and breathe this stuff." ... now that's brilliant. Good job. Write as though you were sitting across the table with a potential client.
I like the way you have your main points set up. For the most part, your headings are worded well, but I would change " Where is my site's geographic location?" to "Our Locations"
All in all, Adam.. well done!
