Hey I'm looking for a new design for a site of mine and I've encountered withe this site recently, it's for a local online project management, and I thought maybe I could use a resemble layout. Please take a look and tell me if you think it's possible to design something like that with using a tutorial.

i suppose the question becomes how experienced are you in the design program of your choice? i know i could do that no problem without a tutorial but i have some experience. if your lacking experience i think you'll need a tutorial. there's actually a lot of them that are out that would help you complete it if you ran into any trouble
