I'll give you my 2 cents...
You've got a good looking site but I have a few suggestions:
- When I first got to the site, nothing said that you offer free hosting. That's a HUGE selling point! I'd move it up to the top where that NewsFlash blurb is and use a color that'll grab your attention. Maybe red. And use bolder checkmarks.
- The image of the girl in the center... she looks bored. And the image at the top looks crisp and clean but the one of the girl looks raggedy. I'd find a better picture of someone who looks happy.
- Let someone proofread your web pages before you let potential clients see them. When people see spelling errors and poor grammar, it sends a bad message about the company and the service/product they offer.
- At the very bottom you have:
(c) EggHeadHosting.com | Web Hosting by KVC Hosting
Seeing a hosting company use another host doesn't instill any confidence and would probably turn off a lot of people.
- If you were charging people for your services, I'd say remove the Google ad, but since what you offer is free, we'll let it slide, although the ad is for domain names and you're offering a free one.
- People want to know "what's in it for me?" so I'd put a lot more text about that to get them to sign up and take all those mini articles that are eatting up your site's real estate and just show their headlines and link to them.
- I clicked on the links at the top... If someone wanted to ask you a question before they signed up, they can't because you're not giving them a way to do so. Add a 'Contact' form.
- I'd remove the "Who's Online" box. It says "4." From a potential client's point of view, that's not very impressive, plus no one would really care about that besides you.
Ok... that's my 2 cents.
