Nice header like the look the navigation look faded and hard to read use a better bolder text and a light orange color maybe.

Put some relevant keyword in meta tag.
You don't have lot of content on home page and it's very impotant to have good keyword for your business and company.

Thanks for the advice - but honestly, the keywords for the home page are exactly as they should be for the topic they cover.

If you will make a flash header for your site, better make sure that you do it more attractive than what you have right now. I am not really a fan of flash headers but, when you do it, wouldn't it be more worth it to make it a lot better than that?

Nice header but the it make the text somehow hard to read. And compress it to smaller file size so the loading of your site become faster.
