Website Review and Suggestions

My company is getting ready to go live with its search engine, which has some pretty cool features. Please tell me what you think of both the web design and the features.

why would anybody need this when they have google/bing/yahoo that lead the market already and the bevyup beveydown thing is just wierd and inaproriate when you can have tabs in all the leading browsers!!

I would definetly remove the devy up/ down. I would also remove the powered by google if possible. Also, I would remove as much images as possible and have a nice logo in the center above the search bar, exactly like google, clean and simple.
