I like the site, very clean looking. My only comment is that you might be over using stock photography. Not every page needs a image. Just a suggestions.

looks alright, i would recommend making the nav bar a little bit more interesting though. all the the black text on a white background with a grey box around it isn't appealing and it clutters things

text is too small and when you resize it breaks the layout

Logo is grainy, you might want to make it better. Are you sure you want to have 'blog/blog' in your blog URL?

Slightly bigger text on left hand menu, it's a little small to my mind. Clear navigation etc.

something I noticed when you are going through the get a quote process there is step 1 step 2 step 3 step 4 and step 4 again

As mentioned your text throughout is far too small...

I like the features on your site, but it's lacking the creativity or design elements I would expect from a "design" firm. You need a striking logo or something that proves you can deliver.
