Hi Sam,

I think your home page is quite good. I like the way the guy on the left changes.
But I don't like your text on the right hand side.
But then again I never like that light grey feint text, I am a bit older now (in my 50's) and find it harder to read.
I also think you may need to look at your line spacing as the tops of the characters look a bit "clipped" to me.

Wow, I love the homepage, looks very professional and 'light' if you know what I mean. The light greys just add that extra touch and the logo is also nice however I agree with Digmen1 that the text on the right is not that good. Maybe you shoulkd make it into normal text, not flash and change the font to something more suited like Tahoma or Verdana. Let the man be flash only.

I like how the pages are clean, and not over crowded with content and widgets.

From an SEO and accessibility point of view, not sure how the text being in Flash on the home page would have an impact on search results etc.

Also, having to click thru 2 levels of navigation at the top seemed a little much to me...but I'm more of the type who likes to get where I wanna go very quickly, and that might not be the mindset of your target audience.
